Seminars and Events

Our latest training course is entitled "Sales and Service Skills for Solicitors and Support Staff." The three hour programme is a three hour "hands on" workshop for all members of staff who deal with clients. Three CPD points will be accredited.

We are planning a series of seminars in the South and Midlands in the next few months and dates and venues will be published on this site.

Alternatively, many firms prefer to arrange a closed session in house to maximize the relevance of the training. Please contact us for details.

Another innovative programme has been developed with Microsoft entitled "2010: The Year of Client Development." Focusing on how managing customer relationships is the key to future growth the first CPD seminars will take place in Leamington Spa and Nottingham Law School in May. Please contact us with details.
